Are you insured?
Yes, we have Liability insurance as well as WBC.
What COVID precautions are you taking?
Our staff wear masks while indoors or speaking with a client, and sanitize often. Our technicians are fully vaccinated.
Do you repair or upgrade old intercoms?
Yes! We specialize in repairing as well as retrofitting old intercoms. Upgrades are done swiftly and with minimal disturbance to residents/ tenants.
In most cases, intercoms are installed in one day.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a one year warranty on parts for regular wear and tear.
What areas do you service?
We service all of Metro Vancouver, including: Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, New West Minster, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley, Delta and many more! Contact us for a specific inquiry!
What is your service fee?
Our Service call fee is $100/hr + trip and fuel charge ($55 -$95 depending on zone)

No hidden fees.
Projects and installations are quoted differently- please call us for a quote!
Do you have a monthly fee attached to your products?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! You are the the owner of the system, and we will train you to use it giving you full control.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, E-Transfer or cheque.
10% of our revenue is donated back to various charities in our community. We are proud to be a BC based company!
